STANDARD BAD APPLE POLICIES:
Due to an overwhelming amount of cancelled and no show appointments, these policies are strongly enforced. Bad Apple reserves the right to ask you not to return if we see a repeated pattern of cancelled and no show appointments.
*48 Salon Operating Hours - For example - We are closed Sunday and Monday. If you have an appointment scheduled on a Tuesday, we must be notified by Friday.
- NEW CLIENTS - We require a reservation deposit when booking the following appointments:
- $25 for haircut.
- $50 for any color service.
- This deposit will later be deducted from the salon service performed.
- If you must reschedule, we ask you do so within 48 salon operating hours*. Failing to do so will result in surrendering your deposit.
- Deposit is non-refundable for any cancelled appointments.
- EXISTING CLIENTS - If you must cancel/reschedule your appointment for a reason other than illness/emergency, please do so within 48 salon operating hours* of your appointment so that we can fill your spot with clients from our wait list.
- If we are unable to fill the appointment cancelled, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee in order to schedule any future services.
- $25 for haircut.
- $50 for any color service.
- Repeat offenders - In order to reschedule, you will be required to pay up to 100% of the appointment missed.
- If we are unable to fill the appointment cancelled, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee in order to schedule any future services.
- NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS - If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel one or more of the services to be performed.
